This course introduces students to the fundamental concepts of food security, encompassing the availability, access, utilization, and stability of food resources. It also explores the basics of nutrition, food systems, and the impact of climate change, disasters, and conflicts on food security. Learners will study policy interventions, market-based solutions, and develop practical skills for program design, development, and implementation in both development and humanitarian settings.
