A Diploma in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) equips professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to track program progress, assess impact, ensure accountability to stakeholders, and foster organizational learning through data collection and analysis. The program emphasizes results-based management, data-driven decision-making, and adaptive learning, preparing learners to improve program effectiveness and demonstrate measurable outcomes.
This diploma covers the full MEAL cycle, from project initiation and planning to implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and learning. Participants learn to design MEAL frameworks, implement monitoring systems, collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. The program also addresses accountability mechanisms, organizational learning, and integrating cross-cutting themes like gender and social inclusion.
